Delivery and return

1. Currently, products available in our Moscow warehouse are available for ordering in our online store. In the near future it will be possible to order them from our distributors in several more cities.
To deliver goods to your city, we use the service of the SDEK company and the delivery cost will be calculated according to the tariffs of this transport company.

2. Also, if it is convenient for you, it is possible to pick up purchased goods from our warehouse in Moscow.

3. Before your purchase is transferred to the delivery service, you can refuse the purchase.

4. The appearance, completeness of the goods and the completeness of the entire order must be checked by the buyer upon receipt of the goods.

5. After receiving the order, claims regarding the presence of external defects of the goods, their quantity, completeness and presentation are not accepted.

6. Due to the fact that our goods belong to the category of technically complex goods, the return of goods of proper quality is not possible.

7. Products of inadequate quality can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase/receipt at the delivery service.
